ICTF 2010 Western Canadian Championships
What a great success this weekend in Jasper! The competition boasted 340+ competitors from white belt to black belt. ICTF Canada would like to thank all the clubs who pitched in and helped the tournament run as smooth as it did. A special thanks to the management at the Jasper Arena for their help during the event.
Congratulations to Mr. Bobby Scott, Mr. Todd Johnson, and Ms. Bonnie Harvey who performed for Master Stanley and Master Doerksen for their 6th, 4th (Shotokan karate), and 3rd degrees.
The Annual General Meeting for the ICTF Canada took place Saturday after the tournament. Some positions were up for re-election this year. The executive for 2010-2011 year is:

The weekend of March 14th was the first official team training in Edmonton, Alberta. Team members met Friday, Saturday and Sunday for intense training sessions. The team is meeting every second weekend from here on in Edmonton (Edmonton is the most central place and has available dojangs).
