To increase membership status from one year to the next the member must support activities.  Without the support membership remains at the 1 year membership level.  The following criteria is to be used to determine support of the ICTF of Canada:


1. Membership fee is paid each year as set out by the executive.
2. An average of 10 students must attend all ICTF tournaments within a span of 3 Provinces.  Usually 2 per year but can increase to 3 per year.
3. An average of 10 students must attend all ICTF seminars in their city region.
i. Exception is any referee seminar in their city region after one has been done in any given year.  Also depends on numbers eligible in their club.
4. Members must have a valid ICTF membership card.
5. Clubs where members train must issue ICTF gup certificates
6. Clubs must purchase liability insurance coverage through this Federation.
7. 1 (one) MBNA credit card application per year from the club where the member trains must be sent to ICTF of Canada.  Multiple members from a club location can use the same application to cover their individual requirement. Extra applications do not carry forward to new years.
